EPIC Possibilities and Development provides weekly therapeutic services for individuals and/or couples. We do not provide crisis counseling at any time. Currently, each therapist has a waiting list for services. Please complete the screening/consent form below to be placed on the waiting list and email it to your preferred therapist.Once we have received your screening form, you will be given an anticipated time frame for your initial appointment.
